Want to dominate the next stage of your lacrosse career? You've worked so hard to commit to a college/be recruited... but the work can't stop there. Join Ally Mastroianni this fall in NJ for an experience like no other. If selected, you will work with Ally for 6 weeks with an elite group of players to improve, advance and excel your skills to feel prepared to perform at the next level. Ally will provide college-like training with high intensity reps, IQ challenges, speed & agility, injury prevention, nutrition, and everything physical, mental, and emotional that comes with performing at the highest level. Ally knows what it takes to be an elite performer from her experience at UNC, Team USA, Athlete's Unlimited, and she is dedicated to prepping the next generation of lacrosse players to thrive and compete to their fullest potential in their college careers.

About

MEET ALLY

Ally Mastroianni is a National Champion, World Champion and Athlete's Unlimited professional lacrosse player. During her time at UNC, she helped lead her team to 4 ACC Championships, a National Championship, and earned National Midfielder of the Year, First-Team All-American, 2x ACC Midfielder of the Year, Tewaaraton Finalist, etc. After playing at UNC, she went on to win a Gold Medal with Team USA at the 2022 Women's World Championship. Now, she competes professionally with Athlete's Unlimited where she has finished in the top 10 three years in a row.

Ally is extremely passionate about growing the game worldwide. She spends her time sharing her knowledge and skills through teaching and coaching all around the world. She is excited to be back in Jersey to coach NJ's top talent and help them excel in their lacrosse careers.
